Saturday with Scott

Our day started with a little recipe from Rachael Ray. Very yum-o and so easy to make. And a pot of my favourite coffee, Highlander Grogg from Cherry Hill coffee company. Then I made a pound cake from the Kraft website. Really good with the coffee previously mentioned. After Scott's training session we headed out to the bottle depot at a local market that sells some great international cooking ingredients. A great resource for future cooking adventures. After a pub-style munchies dinner with a hockey game on tv, Scott and I watched a very cute movie, Wallace & Gromit 'The Curse of the Were-Rabbit'. Very relaxing day overall doing whatever we chose, just as weekends should be...

Enjoy those Saturdays when you two can. It becomes harder when the family numbers multiply.

Yeah, sparadis is right. Date night?
What's that? But its totally worth it when your 2 year old comes running up an asks for a hug for no reason.
